合页活动坝在北方景观生态河流建设中的应用

摘要:本文以敦化市水生态文明城市建设中的梯级景观拦河坝为例,结合牡丹江的水文、地质条件,分析了合页活动坝与钢坝闸、液压升降坝及气盾闸4种水工金属闸们在行洪、冰期蓄水、景观和投资等重点因素上的应用特点和区别,优选景观合页坝作为该市水生态文明城市建设的首选坝型,并提出了该工程设计主要参数及建设后实际应用效果。通过工程2年的运行观测,表明该闸型运行安全可靠,开创性地为冰期无除冰蓄水需求旺盛的北方河道及洪水涨落快速的山区河道提供了新的设计思路。

Abstract: Based on a moveable weir project in the water ecological civilization construction of Dunhua City in Northeast China Region, the paper compared and analyzed the features, advantages and disadvantages of 4 types common moveable dams: hydraulic elevator dam, bottom shaft driven steel gate, fix bar locked hydraulic elevator dam and gas shield weir according to the hydrological and geological status of Mudan River, and optimized hydraulic elevator dam(HED) as the preferred dam type, and summarized major design parameters and the actual construction effect of the project. The project shows HED is safety on both metal structure and control system after 2 years winter operation, and put forward the new idea that HED is a suitable moveable for retaining icy water without deicing treatment and is acceptable for the hilly or urban river where the flood rises quickly.
